BDP uses your confidential information, which is either your biometrics or nominated PIN, to authenticate transactions on your BDP account. Do your account information update, rewards redemption or other transactions only through BDP's branches, digital platforms, and other official channels.

1. Awareness and Responsibility

Users are expected to exercise caution and good judgment when using the BDP platform. Be vigilant and do not ignore warning signs or suspicious activity. It is your responsibility to protect your account information and immediately report any unauthorized activity.

2. Use of Confidential Information

BDP utilizes your confidential data, including but not limited to biometric identifiers and your nominated 4-digit PIN, to verify and authorize transactions conducted through your BDP-linked account. By continuing to use our platform, you consent to the secure use of this information for authentication purposes.

3. Authorized Channels Only

All updates to your account details, reward redemptions, fund transfers, bill payments, or any other transactions must be conducted exclusively through official BDP channels. These include our authorized branches, secure digital platforms, mobile applications, and verified customer service outlets. Any transaction performed outside these channels is not recognized by BDP and may be subject to investigation.

4. Truthful and Accurate Information

Users must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when interacting with the BDP platform. Falsifying information, submitting forged documents, or misrepresenting identity is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account, without notice or liability.

5. Misuse and Account Termination

Any form of misuse, including fraudulent activity, abuse of services, or attempts to compromise the security of the platform, will result in disciplinary action. This may include limitation, suspension, or permanent closure of your BDP account. Legal action may be pursued where necessary.

6. Updates and Modifications

BDP reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes. Users are encouraged to review the terms periodically.
